Bookkeeping: Selling 50% Spreadtrum Communications (SPRD)

Random Chinese small caps continue to run in spectacular fashion as we have a near carbon copy of fall 2007 (only thing missing is dry bulk shippers and solar stocks)  OINK OINK - no seriously... OINK.

Spreadtrum Communications (SPRD) has broken out of a 'flag', so I expect people to pile in.  It's Chinese, small cap, and just cool.  I am selling 50% into the glee of the risk less market, to lock in about a 22% gain (10% today alone).  Most of this position was built between mid $12s (late September) and upper $13s.  If stocks are ever allowed to go down again for more than 48 hours, I'll look to repurchase.

Spreadtrum Communications, Inc., a fabless semiconductor company, designs, develops, and markets baseband processor solutions for the mobile wireless communications market. It sells products directly to brand manufacturers, independent design houses, and original design manufacturers primarily in the People's Republic of China, Hong Kong, and Macau.
