I like what you wrote, except the DUG hit 38 twice on good volume yesterday, and closed right at the 200dsma, do for me, until it breaks on good vol, I dont but DUG, DUG in my opinion will retest the lower band from whence it came. Oil stocks have not been trading well before the correction in CRUDE, and they were pummeled after the correction so there is a disconnect maybe the high input costs in raw materials hurt them, i dont know. These stocks will follow EPS growth, at some point they always do. Financials are a value trap, and TECH isnt really safe as it is mostly consumer dependent. Consumer debt is through the roof and home prices are declining etc etc etc.

RIO and the like are down due to TALK about slowing global demand, when the talk dies down they will RIP again.

I can not believe you liquidating here!, all your commodity stock follow DBC, it's at fist level support (around 39), but it will get to 35, 36. But first it very close to a bounce on commodity sector, after that you can short all the ways down. Look at DBC, it's a double from 23 (aug 07), so this is major degree correction, wait till august when all commodity, tech, all the safe sector take a beaten, while financial kinda hanging in there, just like the home builder did not drop much during the march retest. you want your porfolio recover, load a bunch of dug, smn, rew.

i also cut half my RIO. I cut whatever i felt had 'weight' on it, other than clf and anr. That includes BLK.

Anyways, today is different. there is no rotation other than to say, health care? hardly... I do get the feeling that this is some fund "selling" and not rotating aswell.
