The market remains in a primary downtrend and until some technical levels are breached back at higher levels it will remain so. Counter trend rallies can happen at any moment, sparked by anything.<BR/><BR/>A 50% retracement of the huge move from Aug 07 to last month in oil would take it to $110 so that's a good target area. If it breaks that $100 is a psychological level. I would assume it falls somewhere in that range but that's just a guess.<BR/><BR/>If it breaks $100 then we know this whole run was caused by those darned speculators. Who no one is complaining about today as the speculators drive prices back down ;) Ironic.<BR/><BR/>THe problem is there really is very little growth outside of commodities and another group of 75-125 stocks. Much of what is bouncing now are the broken stocks that have been bashed for a long time.
