I think everyone is waiting for a bounce and then higher levels to short from, hence that is the problem - everyone is trying to do the same thing so it (ironically) is not coming to fruition!<BR/><BR/>When Zell sold out EOP to private equity last spring it sure marked the top in REITs. When the economy slows you will start seeing more vacancies, rates will go down etc. Thus far everyone is saying commercial will make it through unscathed.
