While I have the utmost respect for the company and am glad that they are making medical progress, the stock is trading at a very frothy multiple even after the last few days pullback. <BR/><BR/>The company is expected to earn $0.73 per share this year which is a 22% increase. Now obviously those expectations can be hit or miss, but based on our best estimates the stock is trading for 40 times forward earnings. This works well in a bull market but with all the risk-averse sentiment I think its only a matter of time until this name becomes a teenager again.<BR/><BR/>But hey, that's what makes a market of course.
