Instead they put polices in place that make it advantageous to be in as much debt as possible. If real inflation is as high as many of us think, we should all be borrowing as much money as possible at these historically low fixed rates. Of course leverage yourself like that is risky, but given the current rules it's probably the most effective way to play.</content><link rel='edit' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/2335748440449035592/6022195414782385734/comments/default/6774940175838121547'/><link rel='self' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/2335748440449035592/6022195414782385734/comments/default/6774940175838121547'/><link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://www.fundmymutualfund.com/2008/09/ap-home-loan-troubles-accelerating.html?showComment=1221059040000#c6774940175838121547' title=''/><author><name>Michael</name><uri>http://www.blogger.com/profile/14603027333434481007</uri><email>noreply@blogger.com</email></author><thr:in-reply-to xmlns:thr='http://purl.org/syndication/thread/1.0' href='http://www.fundmymutualfund.com/2008/09/ap-home-loan-troubles-accelerating.html' ref='tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2335748440449035592.post-6022195414782385734' source='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/2335748440449035592/posts/default/6022195414782385734' type='text/html'/></entry></feed>
