But as SAI is also involved with energy companies, NCIT is a purer play on the Govt. But both have earnings and revenue growth and little debt. NCIT has a nice uptrend. I do prefer SAI's pattern for trading.. It's more of a nice defined up/down channel. If it bounces off it's Daily MA50, it could have some nice upside to $21..
