I am now 41 years old in "stock market years."&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;Seriously though, I've found that routine exercise and a consistent bearish bias will carry you through this market.  I just don't see how 2009 could be a positive year for stocks. IMO the best case would be a flat year, despite trillions of $$$ in stimulus.  It might be better just to sit entirely in cash or 50/50 long short in 2009.
