Please take that as a compliment.&lt;BR/&gt;Ironically I was reading some of Indian economist Arindham Chaudhuri's writings last month and Indian culture seems to have a different slant, namely ethical values, perhaps rooted in their ever present caste system and exodus from British colonialism. The banking industries conservative policies were diametrically at philosophical odds with U.K. and our model. The term  thrift bank seems like an oxymoron now.&lt;BR/&gt;Strong leaders that hold high places are where it should start.
