The percentage of financial advisers who are bullish on the market rose to 49.4% from 47.3%, while bearish sentiment fell to 27.6% from 29.0%. The percentage of financial advisers expecting a market correction fell to 23.0% from 23.7%. In the week ended Tuesday, 31.17% of stocks listed on the New York Stock Exchange were above their 10-week moving averages.
