They'd buy and I'd fix up for sweat equity. (Everything went well till the major partner's plane fell from teh sky and his wife screwed me over.. But that's another story about naivete...). As I was toiling away 7 days a week, I kept reading about this "Wonder Kid". At 23 he began his own carpet cleaning company and parlayed that into franchises and at the young age of 27, his ZZZ Best company had made him a multi-millionaire. He was on talk shows and even the cover of Newsweek. Boy did I feel small.... Well... Until he got nailed for money laundering, which is how he made his millions.. Not carpet cleaning. And now the new Reverend Mincow (Got his reverend degree in prison) runs a business showing legitimate businesses how they can be scammed. Last week of course, his blog about Lennar caused the stock to tank by about 10%... And today on CNBC, Lennar announced that they are suing Mincow for libel. Good Times!&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;jegan</content><link rel='edit' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/2335748440449035592/2831219132056794184/comments/default/4801879510710957581'/><link rel='self' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/2335748440449035592/2831219132056794184/comments/default/4801879510710957581'/><link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://www.fundmymutualfund.com/2009/01/wall-street-journal-would-you-pay.html?showComment=1231978260000#c4801879510710957581' title=''/><author><name>jegan</name><uri>http://www.blogger.com/profile/05850061548373752817</uri><email>noreply@blogger.com</email></author><thr:in-reply-to xmlns:thr='http://purl.org/syndication/thread/1.0' href='http://www.fundmymutualfund.com/2009/01/wall-street-journal-would-you-pay.html' ref='tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2335748440449035592.post-2831219132056794184' source='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/2335748440449035592/posts/default/2831219132056794184' type='text/html'/></entry></feed>
