Thanks, Mark. I've been looking at TAN as well as KWT. There's a nice piece on Seeking Alpha that compares the two. It seems like Wall St. expectations are so high in the solars that many are set up to disappoint. But they do move as a group so maybe the ETF approach is the safest. I'll have to do an overlay of the big players plus TAN and KWT. Thanks again.

I own each for different reasons - the whole group ex FSLR and ENER and maybe SPWR is massively undervalued. i.e. the Chinese companies get little respect vs growth rates

SOL reports next week and hence I'm taking a bit of a chance with it since its a mini LDK

TSL has been the dog of the group the past year but trades at a huge discount even to all the other Chinese peers

ENER has been the best chart and is a unique product without any exposure to the polysilicon issues

LDK just reported a massive quarter and should be rewarded even further

CSIQ, YGE, SOLF, STP all are in a same general group as TSL - but they have been beating by a huge amount (some of them) due to currency exposures and now that reversed on them this Q and hence people think they are not beating by as much - when in fact they have OPERATIONALLY but they are not getting a whole bunch of EPS via currency and since no one reads a press release anymore and just looks for Briefing.com to scream that company ABC beat by XX% they don't realize the effect of currency pro or con

Frankly, 99% of investors should invest in TAN - its an ETF and has the exposure to the large European powers and has all the major names - for the most part they move in a group like homebuilders, airlines, financials, etc and in this era when the sector matters and the stocks mean nothing - might as well just go with TAN. I have a piece on that, just search on the symbol.

Where is the best opportunity, in your opinion? I see you have SOL, LDK, ENER, TSL. If you had to pick one name what would it be?
