But with that said, they had big rallies in fall 2006 and spring 2007 as well.  So hard to really get behind the move.  My contention is when these truly reverse they will move sideways for quite a while as opposed to just continuing to move up and up week after week.  That will take a more sustained rebound in the housing market.  &lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;The market and the real economy on the ground are 2 different things - CEOs are saying they see no light in the tunnel in 2008 (housing CEOs) but the stock investors insist differently so they are bidding up the stocks ahead of the anticipated late 2008 "rebound".  But again that happened twice between summer 2006 and summer 2007 and those people were wrong then.
