While we did not see the extreme reading of August, the percent of stocks above the 50 day moving average hit the low double digits in early October. Now, three weeks later, we are at an extreme to the upside with a reading just below 92%. Again - either this market is in extreme pessimism or extreme optimism - we don't have any moderate times anymore.
