Bookkeeping: Starting Emergent BioSolutions (EBS)

I am creating a starter position in Emergent BioSolutions (EBS) in the $18.30s. With the volatility in the market, I'll be hoping for a pullback to create a larger position. For now I just want to get it on our sheets after watching it the past month. We'll start with a modest 0.8% stake and add on pullbacks to either the 20 or 50 day moving averages. After such a great report it has done a measly 1350 shares this morning in the first 15 minutes. This is one of those names that until a Cramer type screams about it on TV will be under the radar.
