Baidu.com (BIDU) holds $300 all day
Apple (AAPL) strong as an ox

Intel (INTC) based on European/Asian sales doing very well (shhh about the USA)
Yahoo (YHOO) even up - how pathetic 12% year over year growth is celebrated - thats how far its fallen. Now remember Yahoo the next time you analyze a stock and people say "it can grow for 40% for years" - even Yahoo, the beneficiary of one of the biggest 'trends' in modern history (a near duopoly with Google) is suffering with 12% growth in less than a decade of existance.
IBM (IBM) too bad they still have that junky hardware business or they too would of joined the party.

Hopefully we can get those Chinese small caps which have fallen 30-40% in the past 2 days back to their rightful level of at least $40 each. That is only just.

Anyhow enough about that - the purgatory is over. We've had our 2 days of penance (I think we were down a massive 1.6% in that time). Please no more of that. Oh the pain of back to back down days - first time in 2 months. The horror of it all.

What's that? Financials? Retail? Restaurants? US consumer? Our entire economy ex-multinationals? We worry about those in 2008! Party like it's 2007 - woo hoo.

Did I mention Shanghai's reaction to the US fall yesterday? Hong Kong (open market) was down hard, India (open market) was down hard. Shanghai (twilight zone where everything is worth 200% more than in other markets) was of course +1%.

Yee Haw.
